About the role

Join PT. Changshin Tooling Indoenesia' as a Health and Safety Environment / K3 in our Cikampek, West Java office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) standards and environmental management within the company.

Qualifications

• Relevant bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar K3 and environmental management role (preferred in shoe mold manufacturing and plastic injection)
• Have official K3 certification
• Familiar with HSE Management & its implementation in operational activities
• Capable to make Health, Safety & Environment Report
• Capable to make Risk Assessment Analysis
• Experienced in conducting inspections and audits
• Experienced in conducting investigations & reporting
• Experienced in emergency response & waste management
• Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations regarding Occupational Health and Safety
• Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing

Job Descriptions

• Ensure that all workers are aware of the importance of wearing Personal Protective Equipment (APD).
• Provide training to workers such as using APAR, First Aid (P3K), Emergency Response.
• Implement and create a HSE Meeting program every month.
• Manage all communications with departments regarding safety
• Coordinate all issues regarding hazardous materials or waste
