Head, Regional SME Credit Review

• Oversee and independently review SME credit proposals, providing approval decisions and/or strategic recommendations within delegated authority.
• Drive sustainable SME credit growth while ensuring portfolio quality, risk discipline, and full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as a senior subject matter expert, providing guidance and resolution on complex credit-related issues across business and risk functions.
• Support business units by balancing commercial objectives with prudent risk management and the bank’s risk appetite.
• Lead, coach, and develop credit teams and Credit Officers to strengthen credit capability and governance.

Requirements

• Minimum S1 degree from reputable university
• Experience min 10 years in credit min 10 years.
• Understand basic accounting principle, financial analysis, cashflow analysis and Industry knowledge
• Possessed Risk management certificate BSMR level 2 or qualified 5 SMR
• Has omega certification or other credit related training
• Preferably has exposure in credit reviewer SME/Commercial banking and possessed market knowledge for the dedicated region
