Job summary

A leading property development company in Indonesia is seeking a Project Designer with at least 10 years of experience in the property field. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills and expertise in Photoshop, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Responsibilities include defining design concepts, managing project designs, and supporting feasibility studies. This role is based in BSD City.

Qualifications

• Ability to create design concepts based on market trends.

Job Descriptions

• Define and develop design concept of each project based on market demand and trend (Alignment with sales and marketing in working together with the concept, also with construction cost and timeline).
• Responsible for project design of Residential products (Timely completion of Product Design & Concept, Timely completion of Working drawing & Tender Documents).
• Support feasibility study including prepare, review and supply data for construction budget purposes.
• Propose alternative materials and specifications for consideration in determining the standard costing.
• Review of project master schedule, contract plan and completeness of tender document.
• Liaise with Consultants (e.g. Housing, infra, MEP, Architect) for technical specifications (Site Plan, Design Schematic, Technical Drawing).
• Prepare operational technical planning budget and control usage of budgets effectively and efficiently.
• Evaluate periodical reports on technical planning.
• Maintain critical document on daily basis in accordance to established standard (if any).

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Architecture.
• Minimum of 10 years working experience in property field with 3 years of working experience in similar position.
• Managerial skill.
• Ability to work with Photoshop, AutoCAD and Ms Office.
• Creative and design skill.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
