About you

Lead the end-to-end management of Ready-To-Drink (RTD) business in Indonesia. Direct accountability to deliver business ambition in Revenue, Profit and Market Share

Responsible for end-to-end development, strategy, and performance of the category in Indonesia. This includes:

  • Leading RTD innovation pipeline development and execution.
  • Ensuring consumer-led concept development and commercial readiness.
  • Partnership with cross-functional teams to deliver RTD launches with excellence.
  • Integrating RTD strategy with Indonesia’s mainstream business long-term growth plans.

Mentoring and uplifting capability across marketing and commercial teams on RTD and activation excellence.

What does this role look like for you?
Lead the RTD Category Strategy & Pipeline
  • Lead the Indonesia RTD strategic plan aligned to APAC and global platforms.
  • Translate consumer, cultural, and regulatory insights into opportunity spaces.
  • Idea generation, concept creation, packaging, naming, and positioning development.
  • Ensure all propositions align with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
End-to-End Project Leadership & Commercialization
  • Lead project teams on concept & testing across supply, sales and shopper marketing.
  • Drive the Innovation NAVIGATE process and cross-functional approvals.
  • Ensure rigor in liquid development, claims, packaging, and quality.
  • Develop and lead world-class launch activation plans within legal constraints.
Financial Delivery & Performance Management
  • Deliver RTD AOP targets (NSV, OP, share).
  • Lead & optimize marketing investment for development, testing, commercialization
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Build strong partnerships with all functions and leadership team
  • Champion RTD integration into the wider commercial agenda.
  • Influence distributors to deliver strong execution and in-market availability.
Capability Development & Coaching
  • Elevate innovation and commercialization capability in Indonesia’s marketing team.
  • Mentor teams on consumer insight, project management and activation efficiency.
  • Foster an ambitious & collaborative culture.
What we are looking for:
  • Graduate caliber with 15+ years of marketing or innovation experience in FMCG; experience in beverages preferred.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end product innovation or portfolio development.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior in beverages, preferably in RTD or beer.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in developing propositions grounded in consumer, customer, and financial insight.
  • Experience handling agencies (research, creative, packaging, design).
  • Ability to navigate regulatory complexity and deliver compliant but bold solutions.
