Head of Property and Community Management

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Property and Community Management to lead our nationwide lease management and community engagement efforts. This role is critical in ensuring sustainable, cost-efficient property strategies while fostering strong relationships with landlords, communities, and government stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set and execute strategies for nationwide lease renewals, ensuring business continuity and cost efficiency
  • Direct the resolution of escalations involving landlords, communities, and government bodies
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with external stakeholders
  • Approve and oversee CSR and community engagement programs aligned with business objectives
  • Provide cross-functional leadership and strategic guidance to Finance, Legal, and Network teams
  • Control budgets, approve reports, and ensure resource efficiency in property and community programs
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in property/lease management or community relations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong expertise in land lease regulations, contract negotiations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven leadership skills in managing risk, driving cost efficiency, and maintaining long-term partnerships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities
  • Basic financial knowledge in rental cost analysis and budget planning
