Job Description

As a Head of Operation, your main roles will include:

  • Oversee end-to-end clinic operations across all branches, ensuring consistency in service delivery, SOP compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement scalable operational frameworks to handle rapid growth and multi-site coordination.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including clinic managers, supply chain, and customer service to optimise work flows and resource utilisation.
  • Partner with executive team on strategic planning, budgeting, and expansion road-maps.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and innovation within the retail operations.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Operation should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-site operations, preferably in health-care, beauty, or retail service industries.
  • Proven track record in scaling operations, managing teams, and implementing SOPs across diverse locations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
