Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a team of relationship managers responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-cap clients
  • Develop and implement effective client engagement strategies to drive business growth and deepen client relationships
  • Oversee the team's performance and ensure they deliver exceptional client service and achieve their business targets
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings to clients
