Head of Human Capital
Responsible for leading, developing, and integrating all Human Capital functions to support aggressive, scalable, and operationally driven growth within the F&B business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Human Capital strategies aligned with business objectives, outlet expansion, and operational needs.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Board of Directors and all Department Heads.
Workforce Planning & Organization Design
- Manage end-to-end manpower planning across Head Office, Outlets, Central Kitchen, and Warehouse.
- Design and optimize organizational structure, job grading, and job architecture to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Lead mass hiring and key position recruitment strategies.
- Ensure recruitment SLA fulfillment for outlet operations and supporting functions.
- Build and strengthen employer branding aligned with the F talent market.
Performance Management & Talent Development
- Develop and implement KPI systems, performance appraisal, and reward management frameworks.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development.
- Drive a high-performance culture across all organizational levels.
Learning & Development
- Design and oversee operational, leadership, and functional training programs.
- Ensure training effectiveness based on business needs and data-driven evaluation.
Industrial Relations & Compliance
- Manage industrial relations, labor regulations, and workforce risk mitigation.
- Handle disciplinary actions, sanctions, and labor-related cases professionally and preventively.
Compensation, Benefits & HC Analytics
- Develop competitive and equitable compensation and benefits structures.
- Utilize Human Capital data (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) to support strategic decision-making.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Build and sustain a company culture aligned with corporate values.
- Improve employee engagement and retention, particularly within operational teams.
Requirements
Mandatory:
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in Human Capital, with 3–5 years at Head / Senior Manager level.
- Strong experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or labor-intensive Manufacturing industries.
- Proven experience managing a large, multi-location workforce.
- Strong practical knowledge of Labor Law and Industrial Relations (hands-on, not theoretical).
