Job description

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the full spectrum of HR functions to support the company’s strategic and operational goals. This role oversees HR strategy, talent acquisition, organizational development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR operations. The Head of HR acts as a strategic business partner to senior management, ensuring that people, culture, and organizational capabilities are aligned to drive business performance and sustainable growth. This position requires strong leadership, broad HR expertise, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution.

Role
  • Lead and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end Talent Acquisition and manpower planning.
  • Manage organizational structure, job grading, and job descriptions.
  • Implement Performance Management (KPI/OKR) and employee development programs.
  • Lead Compensation & Benefits, including salary structure, incentives, bonuses, and annual HR budgeting, ensuring compliance with labor laws and PPh 21.
  • Strengthen employee relations and foster a positive company culture.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll, HRIS management, and HR operations excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with all Indonesian labor regulations and company policies.
  • Drive Learning & Development programs for organization capability building.
  • Provide strategic HR insights and support to senior management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in managerial/leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian labor law and HR compliance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience in fast‑paced or growing organizations is a plus.
