A leading coffee trader and exporter with a strong presence across Indonesia. The company specializes in sourcing, processing, and exporting premium Arabica and Robusta coffee beans to global markets.

Description

As a Head of Global Sales, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand into new markets (Middle East, Europe, or other regions).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with roasters and traders.
  • Identify opportunities for setting up overseas branches or representative offices.
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Profile

A successful Head of Global Sales should have:

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the Coffee industry.
  • Strong knowledge of international markets and sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse sales team.
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and market trends.
