Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Finance, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Finance will oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting. Key responsibilities include preparing financial statements, conducting analyses to support decision-making, monitoring organizational financial performance, and ensuring compliance with local financial regulations. The individual will collaborate with leadership to support the company's growth and long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Accounting, Taxation, and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and compliant documentation
• Strong experience in Finance and Budgeting, with a focus on strategic planning and resource allocation
• Highly developed Analytical Skills for financial decision-making and problem-solving
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage and mentor a finance team
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a technology or fintech company
