Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the Corporate Banking team and develop strategies to achieve lending and fee‑based income targets.
• Drive business expansion by identifying new market opportunities and strengthening relationships with key corporate clients.
• Oversee the overall loan portfolio to ensure credit quality, compliance, and alignment with the bank's risk appetite.
• Manage and develop the Relationship Manager team through coaching, performance monitoring, and capability building.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Credit, Operations, Treasury, Legal) to support business execution.
• Review and propose credit proposals within delegated authority and ensure timely, high‑quality credit processing.
• Monitor business performance, prepare management reports, and propose corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• 8 years of experience in banking, lending, or credit—preferably within the Corporate segment.
• Strong client network or database within the Corporate market.
• Proven experience managing a credit portfolio of at least IDR 1 trillion (highly preferred).
• Clean record with no history of misconduct or fraud in previous employment.
• Highly motivated, performance‑driven, and committed to professional growth.
• Exhibits integrity, professionalism, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure while consistently meeting or exceeding business targets.
