Own brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.
Lead 360° campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.
Drive acquisition and revenue through data‑led decision‑making.
Optimize conversion funnels through testing and performance insights.
Oversee creative, content, and KOL strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Growth for traffic and enrollment impact.
Lead new launches, program expansions, and cross‑brand initiatives.
Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and reporting.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
6–8 years of brand marketing experience.
Proven track record in running 360 campaigns and delivering commercial results.
Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making ability.
Experience managing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Skilled in paid media, creative development, and funnel optimization.
Background in retail, education, consumer, or service industries preferred.
Strong communication and project management skills.
English proficiency preferred.
