Lead brand strategy and 360 marketing execution to drive acquisition, revenue, and brand growth for Lifestyle Brand. This role oversees the full marketing funnel, manages a cross‑functional team, and ensures all initiatives deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.

  • Lead 360° campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, and retail channels.

  • Drive acquisition and revenue through data‑led decision‑making.

  • Optimize conversion funnels through testing and performance insights.

  • Oversee creative, content, and KOL strategy.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Growth for traffic and enrollment impact.

  • Lead new launches, program expansions, and cross‑brand initiatives.

  • Manage marketing budget, performance metrics, and reporting.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.

Requirements
  • 6–8 years of brand marketing experience.

  • Proven track record in running 360 campaigns and delivering commercial results.

  • Strong analytical and strategic decision‑making ability.

  • Experience managing teams and cross‑functional stakeholders.

  • Skilled in paid media, creative development, and funnel optimization.
