Job description

We are seeking an exceptional Head Bar to join our team at PT Taurus Gemilang Group, a leading hospitality company in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. As the Head Bar, you will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations and ensuring a world-class customer experience. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the bar team, including bartenders, servers, and support staff
• Develop and implement bar policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency
• Oversee the procurement, inventory, and cost control of all bar supplies and equipment
• Create innovative cocktail menus and ensure high-quality beverage preparation
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
• Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulations
• Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Mentor and train the bar team to develop their skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Bar or a similar senior bar management role in the hospitality or F&B industry
• Thorough knowledge of bar operations, including inventory management, cost control, and staff management
• Exceptional mixology skills and a talent for creating unique and innovative cocktail concepts
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and developing bar staff
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a high-quality dining experience
• Proficient in relevant liquor licensing and health and safety regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
