We are looking for a Group Accounting & Tax Manager who can lead with clarity, strengthen our financial foundation, and elevate how our Group Finance function operates. This role partners closely with the Group Finance Director and oversees accounting, tax, consolidation, and reporting across multiple business units including F&B.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the accounting and tax teams across entities.
• Ensure timely, accurate monthly closing, consolidation, and group reporting.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive accounting excellence across business units.
• Oversee tax compliance, reporting, planning, and alignment with local regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and systems to support scale.
• Manage statutory audits and ensure high-quality, properly documented financial statements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial insights for management.
• Partner closely with operations, commercial, and development teams on financial matters.
• Review and improve group-wide financial policies, SOPs, and documentation standards.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance across all entities.
• Lead system enhancements or process upgrades to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Maintain strong governance across intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Provide clear, structured communication to leadership and stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives and decision‑making with accurate analysis and recommendations.
• Uphold a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
