Responsibilities

• Manage food cost, food & beverage revenue to reach the target
• Create food & beverage event to drive other food & beverage revenue
• HAACP certification
• Food Waste analysis and initiate the recycling product
• Manage P&L according to forecast and budget

Qualifications

• Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
