• Research and select suppliers from international markets.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage end-to-end procurement process.
• Monitor global price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
• Maintain optimal safety stock levels.
• Oversee operational activities of import procurement.

Job description

Research and select suppliers from international markets (e.g., China,).

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international vendors.

Manage the end-to-end procurement process from ordering to warehouse delivery.

Monitor global price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Evaluate supplier performance regularly and maintain long-term relationships.

Ensure all procurement activities comply with regulations and company standards.

Ensuring optimal safety stock levels are maintained to avoid stockouts and overstocking.

Responsible the operational activities of import procurement and ensuring the processes run smoothly.

Qualification :

Available to join immediately

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in procurement, especially international sourcing.

Proficient in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
