About the job General Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Manage financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Identify and onboard vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize value and quality.
  • Implement project management best practices and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in executive leadership roles within the hospitality or villa management industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and a demonstrated track record of strategic leadership.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, finance principles, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic thinking and a talent for creative problem-solving.
