Our client is a multinational company and one of the first and leading IPP (Independent Power Producer) players in Indonesia.

About the Role

General Manager Projects & Products Sales is responsible for leading the sales and delivery of energy-related projects and products while driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role combines conceptual excellence, client engagement, and commercial acumen to ensure the successful sales of projects and products and achievement of sales targets. The GM will oversee cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to strategic planning.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Operations:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end sales and execution of energy related projects and products from concept to commissioning.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Supervise engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) functions.
  • Implement best practices in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean).

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and market share goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Provide leadership and direction to operations, sales, and technical teams.
  • Develop annual business plans, budgets, and KPIs in line with corporate goals.
  • Report regularly on performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives
