Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations of 4 manufacturing entities, building an integrated “0-1” R&D, production, and sales system.
• Drive market expansion across Southeast Asia, with Indonesia as the hub.
• Oversee flavor, coffee, tea, and coconut businesses — ensuring both local and regional growth.
• Build and manage an international team, set clear KPIs, and implement incentive systems.
• Achieve annual revenue and profit targets, adapt strategies based on business performance.
• Collaborate with HQ, supply chains, and local partners to ensure stable supply and smooth distribution.

Qualifications

• Expatriate, Chinese, or Indonesian Chinese.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Food Science, Business, or International Trade.
• 10+ years in international flavoring/coffee industry, incl. 5+ years in overseas GM/Factory GM roles.
• Proven track record in 0-1 business setup.
• Strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and cross-cultural communication skills.
