Job Description

  • Direct and manage all construction operations, from project initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Oversee multiple construction projects, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that arise to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
  • Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to foster high-performance teams. Provide guidance and support in solving complex construction challenges
  • Develop and manage project budgets, closely monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to meet financial targets
  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress

Requirement

  • Minimum 10 years in a management role in construction industry, with experience in a General Contractor company.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large workforce.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and contract management.
