We are looking for an experienced General Manager F&B to fully own, lead, and scale our food and beverage operations to the highest international standards.

Role Overview

The General Manager Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency of all F&B outlets within Reload Sanctuary.

This role reports directly to the CEO and requires a hands‑on leader capable of building structure, systems, and high‑performing teams while delivering an exceptional guest experience aligned with a wellness‑driven lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Financial Management
  • Develop and execute business plans and annual budgets for all F&B operations
  • Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability
  • Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions
Operations & Brand Excellence
  • Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring premium service, product quality, hygiene, and consistency
  • Implement SOPs to maintain brand standards, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement aligned with modern hospitality and wellness trends
Marketing, Events & Growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, launches, and special events
  • Support brand positioning, visibility, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Ensure F&B concepts remain relevant, attractive, and differentiated in the Bali market
  • Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing F&B team
  • Oversee recruitment, training, performance evaluations, coaching, and career development
  • Enforce grooming, dress code, and professional conduct standards
  • Create a strong culture of accountability, excellence, and service mindset
Reporting & Governance
  • Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the CEO
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulations
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders
