A prestigious hotel recruitment agency seeks a professional for a high-end boutique hotel in Jakarta. The ideal candidate should have extensive city hotel experience, strong F&B or S&M background, and excellent people skills.   • Boutique hotel experience preferred.

Job description

Our client is a high end 5* Boutique Hotel with +/- 100 Rooms and several F&B Outlets.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile
  • Extensive city hotel experience
  • Coming from F&B or S&M background
  • Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 would be considered
  • Previous experience in Asia and preferably also in Indonesia, ideally even in Jakarta
  • Boutique hotel experience preferred
  • Strong in cost control, also budgeting and P&L management
  • Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
  • Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
  • Dynamic, energetic, hands‑on, motivated, innovative
  • Passion for service excellence
  • Creative thinker, independent, organized
  • Excellent people skills and strong motivator
  • Able to set example of positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and work as a team
  • Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
