Superstar Agency is a fast-growing Multi-Channel Network (MCN) based in Surabaya with a mission to empower creators, strengthen partnerships, and build strong communities.
We are looking for an experienced and visionary General Manager to lead our operations, drive business growth, and ensure we deliver meaningful impact to creators, partners, and communities.
The General Manager will oversee daily operations, lead cross-functional teams, and craft long-term strategies to position Superstar Agency as a leading MCN in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Creator Empowerment: Build and execute initiatives to support and grow creators under the MCN. Provide resources, mentorship, and programs that help creators scale their reach and monetize effectively. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships with brands, platforms, and other stakeholders. Negotiate and oversee collaborations that generate value for creators and partners. Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Community Building: Lead initiatives to engage and grow the community of creators and audiences. Organize events, campaigns, and activities that strengthen connections and brand presence. Ensure the agency contributes positively to the digital ecosystem and local creative industry.
- Operational & Team Management: Oversee daily operations, budgets, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across departments. Establish clear KPIs and ensure accountability at all levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (4+ years) in general management, business development, or leadership roles within MCN, digital media, tech, or creative industries.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen with ability to balance creative and commercial priorities.
- Passion for empowering creators, building communities, and driving meaningful partnerships.
