Bravo Boss is hiring a Senior WordPress Developer to build, optimize, and maintain high-quality WordPress and WooCommerce websites.

Responsibilities

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins based on requirements.

Implement front‑end/back‑end integrations with design and engineering teams.

Perform QA, debugging, and pre‑deployment checks.

Maintain and support existing websites (bug fixes, updates, troubleshooting).

Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals, caching, assets, database).

Configure and customize WooCommerce to improve the shopping experience.

Stay up to date with WordPress best practices and security.

Propose and deliver improvements with product/engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years WordPress development experience.

Experience with Bricks / Elementor / Gutenberg / Divi / Custom Theme.

Proven performance optimization experience, with benchmarks on Google PageSpeed Insights and GTmetrix (especially mobile metrics/Core Web Vitals).

Experience configuring/customizing WooCommerce.

Comfortable with GitHub (version control) and tools like ClickUp, Slack (daily collaboration/communication).

Detail‑oriented with strong pre‑QA ownership: able to self‑check and polish work so deliverables are ~95% client‑ready (no obvious UI/UX, functional, responsiveness, or content issues) before handing off to the QA team for final validation.
