We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Flutter Front-End Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver innovative, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and responsive interfaces.
• Integrate APIs and ensure seamless connectivity with backend services.
• Optimize application performance for both Android and iOS.
• Stay updated on Flutter and mobile development trends and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure application stability and performance.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Mid to senior level.
• Must be based in Bali.
• Proven experience in developing mobile apps using Flutter.
• At least one published application on App Store and/or Google Play Store.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles.
• Ability to demonstrate past projects or applications developed (candidates who cannot demo will not be considered).

Nice to Have

• Experience with third‑party integrations and API handling.
• Familiarity with mobile app performance optimization and debugging.
• Knowledge of state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
