Job summary
A prominent food service company is seeking a B2B Sales Supervisor to manage sales documents, maintain customer relationships, and develop effective sales strategies. Candidates should have B2B sales experience, preferably in the HORECA industry, and the ability to achieve sales targets. A valid driver’s license is required, along with good communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales supervision specifically in Food Service or HORECA.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A / C).
- Ability to work both independently and in teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare sales documents and ensure accuracy for the sales administration process.
- Offer and sell products to hotels, restaurants, and catering venues.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and develop effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and propose strategies based on results.

Responsibilities
- Prepare sales documents such as Offering Letter, Selling Contract, Delivery Order, Response to Consumer Claims etc. to customers and related parties within the company.
- Checking the availability, completeness and accuracy of documents related to the administration of product sales from the customers to the relevant parties in the company for the completion of the administrative process.
- Documenting all sales administration documents issued by companies and consumers on a regular basis.
- Offering and selling products to Group2 / chain hotels, restaurants, catering/ cafes / bar / lounge, sports and tourism venues
- Looking for new customers create and preferably have a database of previous Horeca customers.
- Maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Develop an effective sales strategy to achieve the given target.
- Analyze sales data; make proposals related to sales strategies based on the results of the analysis.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Able to negotiate or make deals for cooperation, collaboration and so on.
- Creating a report:
- periodic sales (Volume, Consumer, Price etc.)
- Periodic sales administration completion status per contract per periodic
- Customer complaints periodically.
Requirements
- Having experience for B2B Sales supervisor Food Service/ HORECA/Sport/tourism
- Having SIM A / C
- Can work with a team.
- Able to work independently.
- Preferably have a good relationship and database in the field of hospitality
- Proficient in using gadgets, presentations, dealing.
- Have good communication skills
