A local restaurant chain in Gading Serpong is looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. The supervisor will manage staff, maintain food quality, and handle customer complaints effectively. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in management and have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor located in Gading Serpong. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Supervises the activity of the restaurant services
Maintain Inventory of all needed Supplies
Manage the Work Schedules of our Restaurant’s Staff
Check Quality of Food and Beverages served
Assist in the Hiring and Training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
Be Fully in Charge Managing and Training all Service Crew
Appraise Staff Performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Develop strategies for improving our customers’ dining experience
Respond to Customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Making Report Progress weekly
Monitoring all Restaurant Area
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Restaurant Leader Position
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Well-Presented and Professionally Groomed all the time
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Restaurant Management software, POS)
Willing to be Placed in Gading Serpong
