Job summary

A leading construction company in Indonesia is seeking a qualified Fit Out Staff to manage renovation activities. The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Architect Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in construction or building maintenance Fit Out. Job Responsibilities

• Handle fit out work permits as well as deposit and return administration activities.
• Check the proposed renovation design to comply with applicable regulations.
• Supervise with related teams in terms of renovation work.
• Make a warning if the implementation of the renovation violates the conditions that have been set and approved.
• Check with the engineering team and tenants if the renovation process has been completed.
• Ensure administration related to renovations are fulfilled and running according to applicable regulations.
• Make periodic reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architect Engineering or equivalent.
• Mastering building engineering knowledge and capable of high mobility.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of construction/building maintenance Fit Out (experience in medical premises fit out would be a plus).
• Computer literacy Ms. Office, SAP and AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop software or other design software that can support fit-out work.
• Willing to be placed in BSD City.
