We are looking for a skilled Finishing Applicator to join our team at PT. ANTA GROUP DEVELOPMENT in Bali. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the application and finishing of various building materials to ensure high-quality results for our clients. Your expertise and attention to detail will be essential in delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Supervisor accurately measurement, cut, and apply finishing materials such as plaster, tiles, and other decorative surfaces
• Ensure the vendors workers prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as required
• Ensure a smooth and consistent finish by applying materials with precision and care
• Ensure the workers using specialized tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
• Work closely with the project team to understand requirements and deliver on time
• Ensure the workers maintain a safe and tidy worksite at all times

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Finishing Applicator or similar role in the trades and services industry
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with a range of finishing materials and application techniques
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
