About the role

This full-time Financial Planning & Analyst role at PT. Sompo Insurance Indonesia is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in financial planning and analysis. Based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a vital strategic role in supporting the company's overall financial objectives.

What you'll be doing

Support the CFO in preparing annual budget, periodic forecasts, and financial projections aligned with business strategy.

Prepare the Regulatory / OJK Business Plan and its Realization Report.

Develop and maintain timely & accurate Regular Reporting / Financial Monitoring such as BoD meeting material/ Report by channels, SoB, branches, etc/ Expense budget monitoring/ Ad-Hoc reporting/ Anaplan.

Other tasks related to financial planning and deep dive analysis.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience in related position, preferably from General Insurance.

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/actuarial or related field.

Good knowledge of Financial Performance and analysis.

Understand financial modeling and forecasting using Excel or specialized software.

Extensive knowledge of insurance accounting standards.

Highly capable in performing data analysis and visualization.

Understanding of regulatory compliance in insurance (OJK regulations).

Proficiency in English for communication with CFO and the Regional Office (Business level).

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Time management to handle multiple reporting deadlines.
