Job summary

A leading electronics firm in Jakarta is seeking a skilled finance/accounting professional to handle invoicing and payment processing. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management with a GPA of at least 3.00 and have a minimum of 1 year experience. Familiarity with SAP is essential. This role is based in APL Tower, Jakarta Barat, with opportunities for fresh graduates as well.

• Create invoices and check completeness of documents.
• Forward to Collector for processing.
• Check incoming money to the bank.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Create invoices/bills & check the completeness of the accompanying documents
• Record invoice expenditures
• Forward to Collector to be sent
• Checking incoming money to the Bank
• Sending Delivery Notes to customers based on recommendations from Credit Collection Staff / Analyst
• Inputting all payment data received according to each Bank
• Checking & following up on A/R status
• Requesting Collector to collect A/R bills that are due.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor Degree with GPA minimal. 3,00 majoring in Accounting / Management
• Minimum have 1 year experience as finance/accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
