About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our team in BSD, Tangerang Selatan. You will handle key finance operations including accounts receivable and payable. In addition, you will support asset management and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline financial processes. This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, service and project-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and record Accounts Receivable including invoice issuance, tracking, and overdue follow-up
  • Manage Accounts Payable including vendor invoice verification and payment scheduling
  • Perform bank and petty cash reconciliation with complete supporting documents
  • Assist in monthly closing, accrual, and management reporting
  • Asset management support: coordinate maintenance, track monthly bills, manage repairs, handle advertisement, unit showing and handover
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax obligations in compliance with Indonesian statutory deadlines
  • Support budget monitoring and flag any significant variances to management
  • Ensure all finance procedures comply with internal SOP and applicable regulations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors on billing, collection, and payment matters
