Finance Controller (Shoes Manufacturing - Tangerang)

Location: Pasar Kemis, Tangerang. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking from a reputable university. At least 17 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required, with 7 years in a managerial level. Experience in Manufacturing and Wholesale industry, preferably from Shoes Manufacturing. Experience in costing and budgeting. Able to provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections. Proficient in coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and report variance. Strong knowledge in planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the project's budget. Able to monitor monthly budget achievement and propose follow-up action. Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings. Well-developed leadership skills and mentoring. Willing to work at Pasar Kemis, Tangerang.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical assessment of budgets and cost projections and monitor monthly budget achievement with follow-up actions.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget, financial forecast, and variance analysis.
• Lead planning, development, control, and forecasting of project budgets.
