Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and contributing to financial reporting and audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Manage invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections from vendors and customers.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports such as balance sheets and income statements.
  • Track, categorize, and monitor company expenses.
  • Organize and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for financial records.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and relevant accounting standards.
  • Support budgeting activities and help monitor financial performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus.
