Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Bekasi is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager responsible for managing finance and accounting functions as well as overseeing corporate operations. This role requires at least 10 years of relevant experience, including a strong background in accounting and HR administration. Finance & Administration Manager (Engineering Consultancy)

The Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for the hands‑on management and execution of Resindo’s core finance and accounting functions, while also overseeing company administration and operational compliance.

Finance & Accounting (Primary Responsibility)
  1. Maintain full and accurate company accounts in accordance with Indonesian accounting standards.
  2. Prepare and post journals, reconcations, accruals and adjustments.
  3. Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities.
  4. Prepare internal financial reports for management, including cashflow, WIP and project cost summaries.
  5. Control accounts receivable and accounts payable, including
    • Invoicing to clients.
    • Monitoring payment status and follow‑up.
    • Processing supplier and SubConsultant payments.
  6. Coordinate payroll processing and statutory deductions.
  7. Manage company cashflow, bank accounts and payment approvals.
  8. Prepare supporting schedules for audits and management review.

This role requires the Finance & Administration Manager to personally perform the main accounting work.

Administration & Corporate Operations
  1. Supervise and support accounts clerks & administration personnel
  2. Manage HR administration processes (contracts, attendance, leave records, personnel files).
  3. Coordinate company insurance, BPJS, and other statutory registrations.
  4. Manage renewal of company permits, licences and registrations.
  5. Maintain corporate records and compliance documentation.
  6. Support senior management with operational reporting and compliance matters.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (mandatory) with Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience.
  2. Proven experience performing hands‑on accounting roles, not purely managerial positions.
  3. Experience in engineering, EPC, EPCM or consulting environments, preferably within:
