Position: Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Location: Jakarta

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics majoring in Accounting & Finance. A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an advantage.

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance, including experience in a managerial role.

Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and current tax regulations in Indonesia.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in accounting and financial software, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.

Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders and senior executives.

Job Description:

Plan, manage, and control the company’s cash flow.

Prepare and manage the annual budget and financial forecasts.

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.

Prepare consolidated financial reports.

Coordinate financial planning, reporting, and compliance with regulatory obligations (e.g., LKPM, taxation, BI, Sinas, etc.) to ensure adherence to regulations.

Manage all financial aspects related to fixed assets, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.

Plan, develop, and implement financial and accounting systems and procedures.

Monitor and control the performance of the Finance team.

Provide advice and guidance to senior management on critical financial strategies and decisions to enhance organizational profitability.

Manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies.
