Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices from other parties.
• Update and maintain AR & Journal Reports.
• Conduct stock checks and bank reconciliations.

Overview

• Receive and check all invoices from other parties
• Update Report AR & Journal AR
• Maintain AR & AP Aging
• Stock Checking
• Bank Recon and journal to the system
• Finance and Tax Audit

Requirements

• Bachelor of Degree in Economic Accounting
• +3 years experience in the same positions
• Good Knowledge of Finance & Accounting
• Familiar with the application E-Faktur
• Familiar with the excel system
• Familiar with Finance, Taxation & Accounting regulation
• Familiar with Accounting Systems (experience with SAP is a plus)
• Has Brevet A & B certification
• Fluency in English is a must
• Honest, has good analytical skills, can work as Individuals & team
• Working with deadlines and under pressure
