Job Summary

The Mil Controller is responsible for leading the Finance Department for the LampungMill and provide financial services, and business analysis. The Mill Controller has also the function of controlling all activities in the factory such as Mill operation financial strategies, policies and budget, operating costs, audit and report.

Job Description

• Ensure and maintain accounting records in accordance with company policies and the legal requirements of Indonesian law.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting and annual financial statements accurately and on a timely basis to meet deadlines.
• Analyze the Mill’s financial and operational performance.
• Prepare the annual budget in coordination with the AVP Business Operation and AVP Financial Controller.
• Manage mill cash flow and report proactively to superiors.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to maintain optimal cash flow and working capital, and implement safeguards to protect company inventory and assets.
• Monitor and control unpaid and past-due debtors, and keep secure records of collateral and agreements with customers.
• Review policies, systems, and procedures periodically, and ensure adequate internal controls are in place.
• Submit regular and ad-hoc reports accurately and on time.
• Ensure proper retention of company records and customer warranty documents in accordance with Indonesian legal requirements.
• Develop, motivate, guide, and organize Team Members while establishing clear roles and responsibilities within the department.

Job Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing industry.
• Good in English both oral and written
• Having worked in an ERP environment is an added advantage
• Holding a professional accounting certification (CPA, CA, or CIMA) will be an advantage
• Willing to work in Lampung, Indonesia
