Job description

To manage in Finance & Accounting Department, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities, tax and accounting compliances.

Strong leadership to the team and maintain accounting principles, best practices, and systems for collecting, analysing, finance reporting information and cost control management.

Finance & Accounting Manager role is applicable system and procedures implementation in each working operational in manufacturing complexity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to the Finance & Accounting management team, set and accomplish KPIs, drive productivity, cost and service quality level improvement programs
• Driver operational excellence across to manage and oversee daily operations of the finance & accounting department.
• Manage and execute the finance and accounting activities with the objective to financial accounting/ tax reporting deadlines and objectives, Oversee financial reports for stockholders, taxes, regulatory agencies, etc.
• Liaise with the different stakeholders to ensure budget reports, preparation of budgets, and analysis of budgets is done in the most effective manner
• Drive communications with customers to ensure Account Receivable achieve 100%
• Manage document and interpret complicated financial information for managers and executives
• Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance results to identify trends and opportunities to take corrective and continuous improvement actions.
• Update management on performance of financial reports, improvement programs, new initiatives through appropriate management reports taxes, regulatory agencies, etc.
• Lead the team to perform cycle count and resolve stock variances. In charge of annual stock take exercise, Audit of accounting and finance department and reports to Management.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in finance/accountancy or equivalent, finance management or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a finance & accounting role.
• Experience in manufacturing financial report with process-oriented operations.
• Demonstrate ability to drive performance in the team
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Have Capability to work with multiple stakeholders.
