Job description
Overview

Finance, Accounting, HR staff (Japanese Speaker) with minimum D3 education, specializing in Finance and Japanese literature. Able to communicate effectively in Japanese (minimum JLPT N3). Requires at least 3 years of accounting/tax experience and proficiency in understanding financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss) and taxation. Experience as a translator. Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.

Responsibilities
  • Translate written, verbal, or oral documents, instructions, and requests accurately from Japanese to Indonesian and vice versa to avoid ambiguity.
  • Act as a liaison for communication between local team members, expatriates, company, and company guests.
  • Coordinate with superiors regarding work using the HORENSOU system (Report, Inform, and Consult).
  • Perform administrative tasks in the Administration department (Accounting, Finance, Tax, HRD, and GA) as instructed by superiors.
  • Understand financial reports (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss) and taxation.
  • Collaborate with the team (superiors and subordinates) to ensure there are no obstacles in the work process and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Minimal Education D3; Finance and Japanese Literature major.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher).
  • Experience in Accounting/Tax for a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proficient in understanding financial statements and taxation.
  • Experience as a translator.
  • Challenging spirit, positive attitude, eagerness to learn, logical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang, Bekasi Regency.
