We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance/Accounting/Administration Staff to join our team at PT Haluan Sistem Integrasi in Serpong, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of financial and accounting duties to support the overall financial and reporting of the company. Additionally, you will be involved in marketing and forwarding. A perfect job opportunity for those looking to grow in multiple fields on an international level.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Receive and process purchase and sales invoices.
  • Follow up payments with customers.
  • Record and manage petty cash, including reimbursements.
  • Record and manage ledger.
  • Prepare financial budgeting and balance sheets.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Check, calculate, and report export/import duties.
  • Collect and properly store financial and tax documents.
  • Document the company’s assets.
  • Submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Manage weekly newsletters for our marketing campaign.
  • Support financial aspects of our freight forwarding.
  • Support during event organization and contact our international partners.
Requirement
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in tax and accounting.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive and good presentation skills.
  • Honest, good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
