Implement network improvement (OSP & ISP).
Monitor EWO implementation process.
Manage & monitoring ticket preventive maintenance.
Manage & monitoring ticket corrective maintenance (SLA and MTTR).
Monitoring database network.
Compile weekly and monthly report.
Having Min D3/S1 Technology / Telecommunication.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
Good leadership & people management, computer operating, coordination and communication, database and reporting management.
