Key Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end factory operations, including production, quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and international food safety certifications (e.g., ISO, Halal, BPOM, SINAS).

Proficient in utilizing ERP system to drive performance, quality and efficiency.

Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and develop a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.

Foster good interdepartmental collaboration to meet the company’s goals.

Manage budgets, resources, and reporting to deliver on service, quality, and profitability targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management, or related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in factory and minimum of 4 years of experience in management, preferably in food, flavour, or FMCG industries.

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory compliance in Indonesia.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.

Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.

Hands‑on problem solver with strategic thinking and a results‑driven mindset.
