Job description

Lead daily plant operations to achieve production targets of 500,000 tons per annum while maintaining optimal quality standards

Manage cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, QC, HSE) and drive human resource development

Ensure HSE implementation with zero accident target and full compliance with environmental regulations

Optimize process efficiency and cost control to maximize profitability

Manage preventive maintenance programs and ensure reliability of production equipment

Guarantee product quality in accordance with industry standards and sustainability certifications (ISPO, RSPO)

Contribute to strategic planning including development of sustainable products (SAF, marine fuel)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing industry, with minimum 5 years as Plant/Factory Manager
• Experience in palm oil, oleochemical, or refinery industry is highly preferred
• Experience in plant startup/commissioning is an added advantage

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of palm oil refinery processes and modern processing technologies
• Solid understanding of HSE management systems and sustainability standards
• Knowledge of biofuels and sustainable products (SAF) is a plus
• Proficient in ERP and production management systems
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (fluent in Indonesian & English - mandatory; Korean is a plus)
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and quick decision-making capabilities
• High integrity and strong commitment to safety

Other Requirements

• Willing to be based in Balikpapan, East Kalimantan
• Willing to work flexibly according to operational needs
