Overview

Operation and Maintenance of Building Systems at PT TDK ELECTRONICS Indonesia

Consumer Electronics Manufacturing 1,001-5,000 employees

Tasks and responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of mechanical (HVAC & compressed air) system within the premises
• Responsible for all the FM mechanical projects including modifications
• Responsible for the upkeep and continuous improvement of entire facility equipment, pipes and air ducts within the premises
• Responsible for the maintenance activities of mechanical systems performed by both internal and external parties
• Analyze the operation of mechanical systems to improve its efficiency and reliability with the help of BMS
• Supervise and guide technicians and contractors as and when required

Authorization

• Order/stock spare parts according to the requirement
• Coordinate with external and internal parties for the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems
• Stop unsafe activities (electrical and mechanical) within the company premises including production area

Conditions of employment and interaction

• Cooperation with project team of other departments within BT TPS
• Working closely with other departments and listen to their feedback in terms of facility performance

Requirements

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering or in a relevant discipline
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge: Good knowledge in indoor air quality (IAQ); Knowledge in Computer and AutoCAD drafting; Knowledge in English
• Personal attributes: Good supervisory skills and well-versed with industrial standards; Team player and able to work independently; Good communication skills in English
• Physical condition: Good health condition
