ABOUT THE ROL
  • Lead the daily operations of the outlet to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure service standards are met at all times.
  • Supervise and guide the team, including scheduling, training, and performance support to achieve service excellence.
  • Maintain smooth coordination with kitchen and other departments while monitoring inventory, cleanliness, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
