Oversee and supervise daily operations and sales performance across assigned F&B outlets or areas
Ensure each outlet consistently meets sales targets, operational standards, and service quality guidelines
Monitor and analyse outlet sales performance, customer traffic, and product mix to identify growth opportunities
Coordinate closely with sales, operations, and kitchen/production teams to ensure smooth order flow and product availability
Implement company sales programs, promotions, and SOPs effectively across all outlets in the area
Identify operational or sales-related issues at outlet level and take immediate corrective action
Conduct regular outlet visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and food safety regulations
Provide on-the-job coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to outlet staff and supervisors
