Job summary

PT Baramutiara Prima (BMP) is a coal mining company, which has a 3rd generation PKP2B with a mine site located in Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra, and headquartered in Jakarta.

We are looking for candidates for the position of External Relation Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Handling CSR and PPM.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including partners and community organizations.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, semester and annual PPM reports and also developing, running and monitoring PPM programs.
• Working closely with Land Management to interact with community.
• Handling any external communications during crises or challenging situations to maintain the organization’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years experience handling CSR/PPM and ExRel.
• Disciplined and able to work under pressure.
• Friendly and adaptable.
• Have a driver's license type A & C.
• Have problem solving skill.
