About The Role

The role is responsible for providing operation performance analysis, recommendation or guidance to solve and prioritize action plans and problem solving for site management (superintendent up).

In this role, you will:

• Be involved in shaping the operation strategy in shift, daily and weekly time frame with mining operation team
• Conduct the audit to ensure the site team configure the optimizer according to the best practice and real field conditions
• Oversee all activities by dispatch operation and mining analyst
• Train and coach ROC team members
• Continuously review ROC set-up and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor FMS system health and data quality
• Collaborate with external (client, vendor, etc.)
• Provide performance accuracy of measurements, calculations, and data integrity level in any aspects especially of Dispatcher mining systems
• Undertake daily management of mine production information and reporting systems
• Maintain and update Fleet Management System based on mining progress
• Dispatch, monitor and supervise production activities through an effective Fleet Management System and coordinate with project operation to achieve and improve production and productivity target
• Responsible for effective deployment of mining resources to safely and effectively execute mine plans within set production and safety targets, understanding the daily, weekly and monthly production targets

About You

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, and mathematics
• More than 6 years' experience in Fleet Management System (FMS)
• Good understanding of Fleet management system (Hexagon or Wenco), new mining technology, mining operation, mine planning, reporting and cost control, data analysis and statistics knowledge
• Has project management, FMS network and hardware installation capabilities
• Has capability as mining analyst and dispatch engineers
• Good understanding on coal mining or other mineral mining operation
• Good leadership and English communication skill
• Good analysis skill especially with numbers, calculation and demonstrate high Excel skill
• Good presentation skill (slide designer) and confident to present in English
